This file is an example of how I keep track of my time.  Each task
is assigned to various categories, and the categories are grouped
into various "supercategories", i.e., RESEARCH, TEACH, ADMIN, SERVICE, etc.

The supercategory definitions are just below, followed by the time 
tracking information for a couple of days during spring break
